We have just replaced our conservatory, tearing down the old one and completely replacing. We sought a few quotes and chose Ideal. From the very first visit, they were polite, friendly, knowledgeable and we didn’t feel any of the usual sales tactics - just honest feedback. The build was straightforward and quick and everyone who was involved were friendly, polite and considerate, leaving no mess at the end of every day. It was completed on time and to a high standard. We are delighted and would absolutely recommend Ideal.

From visiting the showroom to the completion of the installation of our new front door, the service we have received has been first class. Stuart from Sales was great when he came to house,with no hard sale tactics. Ian and Jack installed our door this morning and were brilliant. We are delighted with our new orangery which was recently completed. The Ideal team, from the sales staff right through ground works, joinery and painting, was terrific.
